Still Grayness

The fog was heavy this morning
still grayness
ten thousand shades of white
cutting off time
limiting space
making it hard to navigate
but forcing the here and now
I see for the first time
the fall encountering a tree,dew sliding from a sunflower
only to have it hidden again
by a wild wind
